Copy writing support

We are a software / IT services / consulting organisation (look at [login to view URL] – the company behind the product [login to view URL]) I’ve recently joined this organisation as CMO and reviewed the present team fit in relation to what we must do. We are a multi-centre operation whose heart is in the Czech Republic and, I note, despite the team having exception English, it’s not their first language and that is letting us down a little. We don’t have the work for a full timer yet, however we do certainly need to outsource the writing (or at least, editing) our campaign, web and blog content. We must become more geared to value propositions, defendable business value for commercial campaigns - as well as tighten up on our language more generally. Our challenge is to ensure we’re meeting the cultural side of the business (which is East European - nothing like damn hard work, no bullshit, technical) with the commercial side (articulating the value in what we do more than we do – which is something I am looking to push more). So we need someone who ‘gets’ tech / data / IT landscapes – and is able to write about not only the technical side of this but also convert that into words that mid / senior strategic management will also understand. If it’s of interest, take a look at our blogs (you’ll see exactly what I mean – there’s no “So what?!” to them) and other copy. You’ll hopefully see evidence of a humble, hard working organisation behind some really amazing solutions. I want to tease that out of the Czechs so we can go to market with a wider appeal - and improve how we present ourselves (using English) to our existing markets. Our sweet spot for revenue will be in the SME space, reasonable investment already in technology as something underpinning operations with the business (ie. has a CRM, ERP, BI capability - is probably au fait with Cloud, Data warehousing, hadoop and may already have this in place). Our targets are mid level technical at present, however we are achieving interest and traction in the end-user area (ie business users) also. Budget investment is varied because our requirement is. So ignore the pick list; I have one option to select and this might not be indicative. So for this exercise please provide a cost for: 1) re-writing the NDP case study in alignment with the culture above.
