Virtual, personal assistant needed to help keep me organized and relieve me of routine or mundane tasks. This job will start with some small, recurring projects and will grow over time as I achieve greater success and efficiency. If you are the right person for the job, this will turn into a long-term opportunity. As my success grows, so will yours. :)
So, what’s the gig?
- Create postings for Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn & Twitter.
- Write drafts of blog postings on a variety of topics, some technical, some marketing-oriented, and some opinions.
- Search the Internet for topics of my choosing and recommend articles for me to read.
- Research topics at my direction.
On the personal side, you will handle routine chores on my behalf such as ordering supplies, dealing with people/companies, travel bookings, etc...
There will be telephone communication required by you. You will need to be able to call domestically and internationally (Skype is ok). Your spoken English must be easy for me and other native English speakers to understand. Your written English needs to be excellent as well.
Your PC must have up-to-date antivirus installed and kept in good working order. I use LastPass to manage my passwords and you will need to use it too for any passwords that you manage on my behalf. You must be very good with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Some experience with Wordpress is preferable.
I am located on the west coast of the US (GMT+8). We will speak by phone at a regularly scheduled time on an as-needed basis. You will need to be available for a 10-minute call between either 0800-0900 or 1800-1900 (we will mutually agree upon a time).
You must be able to work with a minimum amount of direction and supervision, be flexible, reliable but know when to stop and ask for help.

The Fine Print:
US freelancers must supply a W9. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. After a short trial period, you will also be required to sign a consulting agreement.

I have no problem with an NDA. You can test me on skype and i have a dedicated internet line with back up as well, also i have two desktop so if any case one goes down i have other connected and work can be shifted to other right away.
Being a Programmer, i know a bit of wordpress not much as work more on Oracle.
I can start right away..
