Dedicated Adsense earning website required.

I am looking for a adsense ready profitable website to be developed that makes USD $300+ per month. I can get the domain and web hosting myself, but domain name should be suggested by you as per the content of the website. I require the following from you: *Select any niche - However, Pharmaceutical, Gambling, Adult oriented, etc. sites are NOT acceptable sites. Please indicate your first PM the basis of the website, *Must be 100% within the Google / Adsense Terms and Conditions, *Must be Adsense Optimized, *Traffic driven must be 100% "White Hat" methods and provide real human visitors, no bots. PLEASE SPECIFY IN GENERAL TERMS HOW YOU PLAN TO DELIVER THE TRAFFIC WITHOUT RISKING ADSENSE VIOLATION. *Should earn a minimum of USD 10.00 a day for 30 days, *All Content MUST be original and SEO optimized – COPYSCAPE TEST WILL BE APPLIED!!! *Wordpress must be used and I will provide the Wordpress installation and hosting services, *All Copyrights assigned to me in writing * A MARKETING PLAN SHOULD BE INCLUDED OUTLINING YOUR PLANS TO MAINTAIN THE TRAFFIC AND REVENUE – PLEASE INCLUDE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RENEWING CONTENT OVER THE COURSE OF A 12 MONTH PERIOD.
