Hi, I can improve/optimize speed and make your site HIGHEST POSSIBLE FAST to load and google pagespeed insight score over 90 for both mobile and desktop. My target load time is below 1 second. Website speed depends on server and website content. I work both on server and website to make highest possible fast to load. Very few programmers can work on both server and website.
