Google Adwords Product Ads

Let's work together! Are you an expert in Google Adwords? Do you know how to trigger product listing ads for general keyword searches? For instance, if I type "luggage" into Google- you see all the pictures of luggage that are Adwords ads? Can you help me trigger ads like this for my business? I have a Google Merchant Center Account. You'll need to help me upload the products there and link it with my Adwords account and make sure it shows properly for the keywords.
