I am looking for utility capable to create Linux USB bootable image from existing preconfigured and working on HDD system. Very similar to all existing open source tools capable to generate Live USB, but not from Live CD images. The best solutions is to create a Live USB from HDD images created by Acronis or any other backup tools. The simplest is to find a way how to add/remove applications from Live USB images created by other tools or to create own distribution with post converting.
It's just a matter of an hour. I've just finished exactly the same project (a bit different may be) so I have everything handy. More details are in PM. Thanks.

I can show you how to create images starting from a preconfigured HDD image. If you want to change the LiveUSB image, you can change the HDD image and re-re-create the LiveUSB image.
