Who can learn me to use linux in networking envirnoment.

Hi, I would like someone to help me learn and understand linux. I have some knowledge. But I need someone to instruct and tutor me the fine skills. How to setup Firewall, vpn server, rdc, ssh, install en setup mailservers like kolab or atmail install and run teamviewer. nmap commands to find ip range of pcs add route to other subnet pc. Configure script if a pc logs into the samba server it gets provisioned with a drive letter or a user drive. LTSP, XEN, RAID etc.. Whoever can explain me stuff knowing is welcome. I have basic experience with all these. But not real in depth knowledge. I think best is if you explain to me in an SSH screen share. So, I can see the commands etc... Linux version is preferably Debian or ubuntu Or FreeBSD I'm GMT + 1 Hour. Best time for learning for me is 13h-16H So 3 Hours a day and I was thinking about 5 days to start.
