A corrupt adoption process and your description seem to suggest abuse and trauma as experience through the eyes of the young girl. I believe a story should have a point, soul and impacting reason to be told. The heart of this story could be about the adverse experiences this young girl goes through at the hands of corrupt adults involved in the adoption process, the abuse she must endure to survive, and the affects that abuse will have on her life until she is able to face her trauma and heal as an adult (or just merely the fact that that will be important in the journey of her life for her to be well.) If I am correct about your intentions to this story I believe it could be an important story that touches on many peoples' experiences and wounds.
