I can help you to scrap the website as i use scrapy for my daily work as Big Data Researcher at STIS Polytechnic of Statistics in Indonesia. The site you requested to scrap is also easy to scrap because there are no dynamic content. Depending on how many data you wish to collect i expect to finish the scaper in less than a day and use the rest of time to finish the scraping and store the data in any format you want (csv, excel, database, etc)
