Setting up Salesforce for a company of 10 people and interfacing it with Xero:
- Setting up 10 licences for Salesforce to include;
o The main CRM element (guidance on populating the software and setting up staff)
o Transferring our sales data from Excel into Salesforce’s database and setting up processes and rules for updating, running reports and management
o Setting up Salesforce’s ‘Quotations’ element, including; setting up processes and rules for updating, running reports and management
o Creating an interface with existing Xero finance software
