We are a new Telecoms Company offering landlines and Broadband services to small and medium businesses. We will start in May.

We need a PROVEN closer long-term, some one who is very successful at closing sales over the phone. You will need to demonstrate a successful closing history in sales . Our main target market is SME'S. You will be calling back customers who have enquired, so no cold calling is involved. The focus will be to close the smaller clients right there and then on the spot, stopping them from shopping around. The customers will have come from two main sources: firstly from our own website, and secondly from leads we will have BOUGHT in. As a new Company, 99.9% of our leads will be of the PURCHASED variety.

B2B leads are very expensive, we are therefore looking for a good closer long-term , Passionate about the Company and the products and services.

Incentive

We believe in rewarding a job well done. Thus, we are looking for a model where we agree a rate for tasks, and a commission on top for every sale achieved.

Level of enquiries

We will start with 30-40 enquiries in Month 1. Thus about 6-10 a week. This raises an important planning issue. The enquiries WILL NOT BE constant and WILL NOT come in a regular planned fashion. Thus, this task will BOLT-ON well to those already doing something similar in the sales field, possibly working from home.

Time on the tasks / job / hours of work

This task will suit some one who is already doing a similar task working from home, They can add it onto their portfolio. Enquiries will be notified by email and possibly text too. We are hoping for a long-term relationship.

AVAILABILITY

####### We will need to call back the customer immediately they enquire. ###### This is most preferable, or at the very least within 15-20 minutes.

We will be buying the leads. These leads go to 4 Companies as soon as they come in. Thus, whoever gets in there first and makes an impression has the best chance to get the business. Speed is of the essence.

CHALLENGES

The availability to respond immediately all the time. (leads will be by email and text alert as soon as the customers call in)

Very competitive industry.

Leads are not high in volume and DO NOT come in a planned expected flow.

Some decision cycles can take long, a few weeks or months.

We will be happy to pay an extra bonus ( to be discussed) as an added incentive. Remember, these will be customers who will have enquired, so they will be hot leads. (But, we will be competing with 3 others ).
