Sales and Marketing

I need some help with selling something. We are a new dental lab that just opened. We are looking for a strong sales person who can do marketing and sales our lab to local dentists. Our technicians are experts making crowns and bridges but not familiar with marketing thinking to pay about $13 per hour and 5% commission. For example, one of my client( a dentist) send me her/ his cases to the lab. Total is about $9,000 per month. If the freelancer brings 10 other accounts like that , he will be making $4500 per month in just commission
