We're looking for a full time virtual assistant to manage Facebook, Shopify and communicate with leads. This job pays $2 per hour. This posting is NOT for a company, we are looking for a private individual and NOT a group of people.
- Ability to communicate with customers with conversational English
- Facebook groups
- Web design
- Google sheets / basic Excel
Communication with customers through variety of sales channels, including social networks and classifieds websites. The goal is to reply to customers and then follow up to make sure they purchase.
- Replying to messages as they come in
- Posting items for sale in Buy and Sell groups
- posting items for sale on our business page
- managing a Facebook buy and sell group, cleaning posts and enforcing rules
- adding new items with descriptions and proper tags
- take care of design and layout of the website inbetween customers
All leads get recorded into a Google Sheets document.
Central Standard Time(CST):
4 pm to 10 pm (6 hours - 30 min lunch) EVERY DAY. You're welcome to take days off when needed. Please do not apply if this shift doesn't work with your time zone\schedule.
This is a permanent position for a 5 year old business.
