I'm seeking a unique individual willing to work full-time in a long term position with my construction company. Candidate should have the following features/qualities: Very good written and spoken English with minimal accent Excellent, dependable Internet connection Dependable, showing up for every shift with no excuses Willing to work 8am-5pm mountain standard time Excellent knowledge of Office programs Duties of this position will include: Answering incoming calls from customers seeking additional information on our products and services Incoming and outgoing calls scheduling customer appointments This job will start as a virtual assistant but will evolve to much more. I am not seeking someone to simply answer the phone, I would hire a call center if that is all was required. I'm seeking an eager, motivated individual that is looking for a long term position and can offer much more than phone support. I require someone with general business knowledge that spend any free time growing my business. I will provide direction and support, however need someone with general business, marketing and sales experience to execute my ideas. I would also expect the right candidate to have their own ideas that would contribute to our overall growth. Pay to start would be hourly at approx $4/hr. The larger opportunity is that the right candidate will receive a percentage of sales of all new products introduced as long as the employment continues. This is not only an employment opportuny, but a partnership type of arrangement with the ability to double or triple the salary in the next 2-3 years. Resources will be provided to support future growth. For example if you do not possess the ability to construct a website, I would expect you to post a job on this type of website to interview and hire someone that can. I would pay then pay that additional employee. In this way it is not expected you are able to do everything, but you must be able to lead all projects.
