Need a rails app connected to Shopify

Looking for someone that knows Rails and Shopify app building. I'm looking to have my Rails app use Shopify app gem to authenticate with Shopify api system.
Also currently, there is sign in and sign up links... those need to be removed. Devise gem is used to sign up or log user in, create user in database and tie in "has_many" to feeds. I'd like that to be changed and use Shopify to create a user / save into database with token and shop parameters to distinguish users.

I have other project I need to devote my time on. I've had someone else work on this but they aren't moving fast enough, post IDO with your bid if you read all of it, specially since Shopify app is already bringing the session authentication parameters like "token" and "shop".
