Sorting PDFs by number and date Robot!

I need a custom computer application made that would work like this:
1. Combined PDF of 100s of pages of the same exact document with different information would be dropped into this "sorter"
2. Sort the document by # in order and then by date
ex: 1001001 Monday , 1001001 Tuesday, 1002001 Monday, 1002001 Tuesday.
3. Click sort and it puts it all in order.
The # and the date would be in the same exact spot.
If there is no # or date on a page then it would get put to front to be manually sorted.
