You may use Wikipedia (or similar) for your support and your own edification, but not as a primary source to support your position.

Research the individual that you have been assigned.
Develop your thesis (e.g., who you have selected and, briefly, why).
Produce a one sentence thesis that clearly and concisely states your idea - the person that you selected and why.
Support your idea with analysis that cites your research, the reading, and class notes. Use one or two paragraphs to support your statements.
Give "examples-in-action" (i.e., concrete, descriptive examples) using your own life experience, your observations, examples from a company, and/or from a public figure.
Provide evidence from your research.
Summarize your findings in a final short paragraph.
Check your spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Reference and cite your research.
