Help me write something

I need you to write a report for something. ‘Manufacturing in company ‘x’’ To do this you need to cover the following: 1. 1. Background to the company (what it does, how big (sales etc.), how diversified, how old, customers, market trends, market forces. Think SWOT) 2. 2. Detail of product/s you are focusing on. 3. 3. Detail on manufacturing systems as you know/believe/estimate them to be. What processes, factory layout, use of labour/automation, impression on quality, approaches to quality and lean etc. (as you believe them to be)? 4. 4. Your assessment of the company and its approach to manufacture. What does it do well, do badly as you estimate/see it? Any recommendations? Your opinion, but rationalise it. Suggested timings. * • 2 min on the company background * • 2 min on a product/products you will focus on * • 6 min on their manufacturing processes and systems (either estimated or known) * • 2 min – conclusions – your assessment * • 3 min for questions Your approach to the presentation is entirely your choice. You can use slides, video, any props or not, simply you talking/describing with minimal or no support material. Whatever works for you and allows you to best present the topic. However, presentation of some data would be expected. This could be via slides or a hand out of summary data, but equally it could be presented verbally. Imagine you are pitching this to your company’s management, maybe from the perspective of a high level summary of a rival company, or a company they could consider merging with/taking over. It is your appraisal as an ‘expert’ on manufacturing systems.
