This project that I was doing for a client has been abandoned. I'm proud of the sketches and I would like someone to finish it so I could use it for my advertising. This project is the reconstruction and enlargement of an existing house surrounded by beautiful landscape and located next to a river. The client wished to keep the original signature of the house, but in a contemporary way.
What has to be done:
- Complete the project in a level good enough for advertising. This includes the exterior shell (materials, details, windows) the landscaping and part of the interior to show the view from the inside of the house. I don't expect to have a kitchen, stair or bathroom design, but if you want to copy/paste something that would be relevant for the renderings, go for it! The exterior shell needs to have proper windows and materials, to be discussed (it has to be designed).
- I will provide a 3D Sketchup and Autocad plans of the schematic design. Remember that you have to continue the design.
- I expect minimum realistic renderings including 1-3 interior renderings showing the view and the sun control strategy.
- The interior and exterior renderings has to include furniture, landscaping, plants and people.
