need some help with vray settings

I have a 3d max file, I am not good with it, i tried to render it and the result was really bad, as in the image I just need someone to give me the right settings for the vray and maybe some fixes on the shadows we can use team viewer or something, and I don't need something that fancy, just some good render to show for the client I need it asap, thanks
