Create some 3D images

Hello there,
Please look at the pictures attached. I am looking to have six 3D images created:
- An image of a high-end modern restaurant with views from 14th floor (similar to "restaurant 1" image in terms of decor but with elements of "restaurant 2" image in terms of the view and use of glass,
- A rooftop bar with greenery from approximately the 15th floor (similar to the "Bar" image except on a roof-top with views of a city)
- a high-end health club (similar to the "gym" image - just want to convey the sense it is a fancy gym)
- a premium shopping mall (similar to "shopping mall" image except only 2 floors and no skylight, perhaps some fancy lighting instead)
- One of solar panels as in the image attached, except on top of an office building, meaning you could see the city behind
- Another of an office lobby similar to the picture attached
We have a budget of less than $100. It needs to be completed by 30/08/2017 if possible. Please let me know if this is possible.
