Create Bas Relief 2.5D CNC model from Image - 02/05/2018 09:28 EDT

Hello! I can make 3D model of the crest in Solidworks (2016 or 2018 version) with all necessary details. After I can convert model in whatever format you need, so you could easily import it into another programs or print it. I have 9 years of experience in 3d modelling and drafting. Some of my models was printed, cutted with CNC machine, used in VR. Also I have experience in prototyping. Can you send me sketches of the crest so I can better understand the amount of work?
