Responsibilities:
• Looking after end-to-end recruitment & staffing activities
• Interact with Client's Hiring managers to gain a good understanding of their mission critical, hard to fill positions from both a technical and soft skill requirements view and then provide a few highly screened, selected candidates for the hiring managers to review.
• Maintain continuous learning, quality submittals, discipline, interest, knowledge, motivation and positive approach within and outside the team.
• Ensure quality, quantity & turnaround time with the momentum of business through follow-up.
• Executed full life cycle staffing & recruiting services in IT based environment including screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations and coordinating employment offers etc.
• Searching and identifying potential candidates from job portals like CB, Dice and Monster.
