Advertising in Facebook groups, about 150 groups.

I'd like to post 2 different advertising messages/posts on these 150 sales groups on facebook. Each week twice (on Sunday and Wednesday), remove all messages/posts and post them again (refresh). Every day between 19:00 - 21:30 "upping" all the posts in these 150 groups we've posted on earlier. So basically, comment: Up and press enter under the post. It's very simpel work, can be annoying. But you have to get over with it, it takes me about 2 hours to Up every post or deleting all the previous messages and reposting them. Simpel basic work, for 20 dollars a week.
