I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built. My name is Joel and I would like a web application that functions like Airbnb. I'm a ruby on rails developer but don't have the time to build myself and want to get this project underway. It will allow renters to rent out their 'shelter's' (rooms/apartments etc) to mothers and families escaping a domestic violence situation who need shelter at a moment's notice. It has four models: users (renters/owners), shelter type, simple rating system (helpful/unhelpful), bookings. The app should have email notifications for sign up, password management, communication between renters and owners. A renter can land on the site, and find, book and contact shelter owners in relative terms based on their location at the push of a button. They also have the option to view available accommodation on map or listed by distance. The owner should be able to add their rooms based on a combination of data from real [login to view URL]'s API and manually input details. And schedule available days in the future and make them available/unavailable at their will. Feedback can be given for a particular shelter in terms of 'helpful/unhelpful' and is made public on the shelter's show page.
