Implement the OpenCV lib and create a service that "listen" on specific port (any number) for incoming data. The data will be identified, on the fist packet, with a unique ID. and with the video format. The data (streaming video) will be split to packages (frames) and will be publish on RabbitMQ (or Kafka if easier) such that the routing key will be the Unique ID.
