I don't know Python but wish to use this program. Is there a way to make it user friendly? Is there a commercial software with these capabilities or few of them.

I know Matlab, SolidWorks (for creating 3D objects), Lyx (for writing in Latex), Golden Software Grapher so if your program can use these instead.
