Python xlwings macro to modify excel based on user input

Column E's modifications will reflect on Column J if E's column has 15 value and the user inputs 17 in E then J's Column will add 2 to the value If E's column has 15 value and the user inputs 10 in E then J's Column will subtract 5 from the value Column G's modification will reflect on Column R (same but with G and R) Column C's modifications will look at Column S (for the divisor just like Q on the last sheet) and will reflect on Column's L, O, and P IF Column S has a 2: if C's column has 15 value and the user inputs 17 in E then L, O, and P's Column will add 1 to the value Column A is blank, when the user puts a value in A program will look to Column S and multiply and put the product in Column H User should be able to easily copy an inserted row at any time to duplicate an entire row When the user finishes the program will copy all modified rows with a value in A column, remove columns C - G and create a newly opened workbook with copied data. The candidate will provide documentation on the entire process of installation of the program from python install to finish product.
