Full stack developer for entire website back-end (Django, Python, API, JSON, SQL, JS)

I have the front-end HTML5, SCSS, JS all done, and now need the full back-end development. Website is adaptive and responsive.
Before awarding the project, you will be provided with access to all HTML, explanations on how the DataTables work, where/how the APIs need to be built, notes on basically every aspect of the full back-end development. Then we will discuss and I will need to see you have worked with big number sets in Python before.
It is generally broken down into the following:
Admin UI / Push - Django/MySQL
Back-end admin area for staff allows input of client/website data such as names, email addresses, and all the usual information to be utilised on front-end. Also includes things like XLSX and CSV data uploads, bulk numerical API-retrieved data etc.
External Data - API/JSON
Setup that connects with data processes and information coming daily from external servers and being manipulated and stored (JSON to our server) in order to collect daily bulk numerical data.
Algorithmic Data Processing - Python
All the external data coming from API/JSON and CSV/XLSX upload will be manipulated in numerous ways daily to provide output data for the front-end in statistical format for a DataTable. DataTable is client-side loaded (using [login to view URL]) and speed-load is the absolute key. Hundreds of thousands of simple daily number manipulations based on daily download of data (and previously gathered data) with approximately nine (9) front-end dataset/database outcomes.
URL/Meta/DataTable Functionality - Django/JS
The URLs on the front-end work pretty simply, with filters/search selections changing the URLs in numerous ways. The admin back-end will dictated how the Meta works (using custom hashtags to fill variables in Meta titles and descriptions etc) and admin switches to change the way the front-end loads in datatables and so on.
Adaptable and Responsive
The website is split into three devices categories, PC, Mobile and Tablet, and various options, data and headers on the front-end are different for each device. You need to understand SCSS and adaptability in order for this to work, as the back-end (staff area) dictates how/what data looks like when it is outputted to the website.
Server Setup
Happy with deployment on either a local dedicated Linux server or AWS, whichever gives the best response times and data loading in the Oceania (Australia/New Zealand) area.
Non-disclosure and Proprietary
This project requires the signing of a non-disclosure agreement and none of the code or aspects of the project can be kept or used on any other project for any purpose.
