Chatbot to run on Telegram and Facebook. 2 sides – user and outlet manager. Identity depends on Telegram number/Facebook profile that is detected and matched against an AWS database.
1 – If user detected, user selects store outlet number (1-10 for example)
2 – Each store outlet number will have different items. User to be able to select items with comma-separated number input.
3 – For each item selected, user will get prompted for quantity of that item
4 – Order summary is listed. User gets prompted to submit order request. Order is not finalised.
5 – Outlet manager will see each order request as it comes in, and has to manually approve each order request.
6 – Upon outlet manager's approval of order request, unique order number generated. User gets message that order has been confirmed, as well as unique order number.
7 – Confirmed orders get written onto a Google spreadsheet
The above is also to be stored in an AWS database that records time of interaction, user Telegram number/Facebook profile, outlet selected, items ordered, quantity ordered and order confirmation.
