I am new to Freelancer but have around 3+ year experience on TinyERP / OpenERP / ODOO . Fabien changed his ERP system from Tinyerp to Openerp amd now ODOO, But i didn`t changed my profession and my technology too. I think you just started using openerp, you need to ask frequent questions, my suggestion to you is get stick with 1 or 2 freelancer who can guide you well. If you are looking for an experienced Freelancer who not only work for you but also can guide you in some right direction then consider me ;) Waiting for your response.
