**NOTE: We require a recruiter to help find us an engineer. We are not seeking an engineer.** We are an independent engineering firm that consults for the insurance industry and handles the technology portion of insurance claims. We hire electrical, mechanical, industrial and other hands-on type of engineering degrees. Ideally, candidates who have forensic or consultative background experience from the industry. We are looking to expand into other markets and looking to hire experienced staff from the industry / our competitors (if possible) to help us launch the opening of new offices/locations. We are looking to initially open 3 offices with 1-2 staff each but expect to quickly expand from there. We need help sourcing and interviewing candidates and in particular, helping us identify and extract industry experienced candidates.

Experiences in Electrical Engineering In TUBITAK, Briefly, first main project was the modelling of 154kV and 380kV transmission system grid powerflows in DIgSILENT PowerFactory. We loaded the grid into PowerFactory from database using excel and created powerflow model using DIgSILENT Programming Language (DPL) and API. Second main project was the designing a reliable central Relay Protection Settings Database and Audit Trails for setting changing of relays by users for power system TSO of Turkey using DIgSILENT StationWare. We connected StationWare and PowerFactory via web services. And also modelling distance, differential and overcurrent relays in PowerFactory 15.2 and running relay protection simulations. My Used Skills: • 154/380 kV High Voltage Substation Design, Full Projects of Primary Side (Based On TSO Specifications) • Secondary Side Design of HV Substation Panels Using E3-SERIES. • Power System Analysis of Substations: Short-Circuit, Relay-Coordination, Arc-Flash Hazard and Load Flow Calculations Using Paladin DESIGNBASE, ETAP, DIGSILENT et al. • Power System Stability Studies using PSS@E. • Insulation Coordination Studies using EMTP and ATPDraw. • Design and Analysis of Substation Grounding Using CYMGRD Software (Based on IEEE std. 80) • Substation Lighting Design Using RELUX. • Risk Design of Lightning Protection Systems According to Std. IEC 62305-1/2/3/4 • Design and Feasibility Study of Solar Power Plants Using PVSYST. • Design of Wind Power Plants
