hello, i would like to learn how much would it be to plan an at least 3000 word event as a project manager including -The Business Case An assessment of the street food scene identifying the key trading areas and/or competitor events A project plan outlining all the key stages of the project (you may choose to use a Gantt chart for this). -Market Research & Marketing Plan Evidence of proposed customer profiles (using secondary research or prior recent primary data). An explanation of the type and number of street food vendors who will be attending the event. This should include the type of food being offered. A detailed marketing plan with evidence of approximate costings if relevant. -Resource Plan A physical plan (diagram) of the proposed site identifying the number and position of vendors. A detailed risk assessment for the event.
