Language Module- Flash, PHP or HTML

I have a database of language modules, which I would need a front end for. I would like to have a Flash front end if possible- PHP would be ok too. You have the liberty to rearrange the format of the table if required. Users should be able to choose: 1) Module 2) Language 1 3) Language 2 4) Play audio- files provided 5) Play a quiz- scripts provided Display would show line by line comparisons. Objective is to allow students to learn a new language by clicking on conversations. Format Am flexible with formatting, just make it consistent with feel of the website, more importantly, please ensure: 1. Line by line comparison between language modules- Upon clicking each word, Lingro Integrated Tooltips can help translate it too. 2. Users can choose different languages easily- e.g. English-Mandarin, Mandarin- French, French-Arabic (just like google translate) 3. Plays audio when a button is clicked, can pause and restart as well. Any flash audio modules would do for integration. I just want to see how you'd present it. Remember, the essence is to have a line by line text comparison across languages, plus audio + image per scenario. E.g. At the cinema. 0) Image depicting 'At the Cinema' 1) English conversation 2) French conversation 3) Flip: English wordlist, French wordlist 4) Audio 5) Quiz (MCQ), so a simple 'Correct', 'Incorrect', 'Reveal answers' functionality would be required.
