Configure SOFTWARE-ONLY method of fax broadcast over IP

I need a way to do fax broadcasting via fax over IP (T38). Therefore, I need someone to put together either an Asterisk server or a Freeswitch server which can broadcast faxes using whatever existing fax broadcast software that would work best with the server. I have an account with [login to view URL] which I'd like to use but I am open to getting an account with whatever wholesale route provider is easiest for you to work with. Just need it all configured and working so that I can install it all on a dedicated computer per your instructions OR if possible, perhaps do something cloud based(?). I'm not a VoIP tech person - I just need to be able to do fax broadcasting for a new business so I just need somone who can put together a fax over IP broadcasting solution. I don't need incoming fax capabilities. Just to clarify, I don't care HOW this is done, I just need somone to create a way for me to broadcast as many faxes at a time for my business as possible WITHOUT fax boards or modems. Thanks!
