We need to build a tool that generates a report of risk analysis graphs of selected gases used in laboratories. User should be able to: - Create, view, and edit Projects - Create, view, and edit Labs (under Projects) - Add and edit gases in each Lab - Generate a report for Projects / Labs / Gases - Export this report into a Word Document Additional Features: - User / team management (adding, creating users) - Persistence (saving reports to file) - Permissions management We have all the information and calculations needed to generate these graphs (which we currently create by hand), we just need someone to automate the process and create a user-friendly web interface to use the tool.

I am suggesting a MVC based ASP.NET with MS SQL Server. Reporting will be done using SSRS facility of MS SQL Server. My bid only covers development.
