Proficient web designer to convert PSDs to HTML (Bootstrap)

We are a Greenwich (London) based software/design agency, looking for a web designer to convert website templates, delivered as PSDs into HTML based on given guidelines. SUMMARY We are creating website templates, designed to be used in our proprietary CMS. The templates are already designed by our in house design team, but we need additional manpower to convert the designs into HTML, using the Bootstrap grid system, so templates are responsive. DETAILS - 10 website templates to be converted from PSD to HTML - Each template requires 4 HTML pages to be built (homepage + 3 subpages) - To be responsive, and use the Bootstrap grid system - Specific guidelines will be given CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - A good understanding and working knowledge with using the Bootstrap framework - Proficient with CSS and HTML - Must have clean HTML/CSS code - Must be reliable, and able to commit and deliver to an agreed deadline - Can work from our office, or remotely BUDGET Project budget for 10 templates; £3,000, payable in increments for each completed template, i.e. £300 per template (each template consists of 4 HTML pages) ONGOING WORK There is an initial 10 website template, but we hope to build an ongoing relationship.... and are looking at creating a couple of new templates each month.
