Re-Design and Manufacture a Casted Metal Product -- 2

I have a casted metal fitting at the end of a hydraulic hose that I want to reproduce. It is not a shelf item. I assume its a hydraulic hose fitting that was a limited design but I would like to (produce) or make this fitting. Please see the attached pictures. As not to waste time I'd like someone to work on this that has experience making CASTED METAL MOLDS. The most important thing here is I need to have the hose end pictured in the attachments. The problem with this fitting is its very cheaply made and falls apart usually a year or 2, the fitting breaks away from the hose. I need a fitting with the same specs but a much stronger design to connect to the hose. I need to be able to make the entire assembly using my own swedging machine. VERY IMPORTANT --(Winning bidder must be able to provide details on how to attach the new fitting). This fitting is used as a return so not a lot of pressure runs through it but it must be able to handle the heat and pressure. Rumors are the main hoses carry 1600 psi, not sure what the psi pressure is on the return lines. I will supply the winning bidder with a model of the hose and a roll of thermoplastic hose I am not looking for speed but I am looking for a workable design. Last thing, I had someone working on this project that wanted to charge me $40/each for a working design. That's insane. That part here in the US would be about $5-7 each. Please bid accordingly.
