Prestahop payment module gateway bug

Hi all,

I have a custom Prestashop payment module that works fine most of the time. Sometimes though the payment is successfully taken but no order is created in Prestashop, therefore I can't always tell if an order has been placed.

As the error only happens some times it is hard to trace why it is happening.

I need someone who is familiar with Prestashop payment modules and gateways and can resolve this.
