Urgently need an Active Directory/Powershell expert

Need a powershell expert to make a script that does the following: Load entries from a CSV file Import to Active Directory If existing user object detected (match from the CSV using a specific attribute), then just update the other attributes for that user with the information in the CSV If no existing user object is found, create a new user object with required attributes and set a random password Generate an export file with username and generated password Write all errors to a log file Some attributes will have to be updated using AD commands (set-aduser), others using Exchange commands (set-mailuser, etc...) I can provide a script to be used as a starting point. You will need to be available to fix any issues or bugs that might manifest. Follow up work available for the chosen coder.
