Small Powershell Script

I have [PATH] that has thousands of files in it up to 15+ years old. I need the script to do 2 things to [PATH] 1) Delete all files older than X amount of time. (needs to be commented in the script so that I can modify) 2) I need to zip all files from each year prior to this year in a zip file named the year of that file. Example: All files for 2014 in [login to view URL], files from 2015 in [login to view URL], etc.. so for 2019, it would be a zip file for each year 2012-2018 for all files in [PATH] for each year.
