Hello, I had bid on projects like this before but unfortunately there were always some important missing features to claim from the client like if I am I going to build the layout or just the core service? Are you going to use video convert options(to mp3, mp4, etc...). Another thing I would like to know if you are going to host the script on a server or a shared hosting? This important to me, and wth it I will decide to chose the ffmpeg extension which will help to decrease the performance or am going to use external tools which may crash the script some times due how PHP can communicate with a desktop software.
