YouTube like video streaming website

GOAL: To create an independent video streaming site that reproduces various features available on YouTube, including sufficient storage space and bandwidth to support current viewership levels of several vintage entertainment channels I've run for the past 6 years. Features needed: 1) 250GB of storage, expandable 2) Streaming capacity equivalent to YT channel traffic (as a very high estimate, 50k views a day) 3) Playlist creation (I don't want users to have to click to launch every video) 4) Video search tool 5) Thumbnails and text descriptions for all videos 6) User comments - probably all held for review before being published/posted 7) Metrics, but nothing really beyond view counts by video (but not just a simple individual view counter on each video page-- stats should be available in simple back end reports, and to viewers) 8) Registered membership (free and paid memberships) 9) Ad revenue 10) Patreon support Features wanted: 1) Videos NOT as easily downloadable as they are on YT 2) Videos sortable by posting date, popularity, and original air date, and easily limitable to specific series (currently not available on YT) 3) Ability for viewers to keep track of what they've watched, with "watched" meaning not just a click on a video page, but at least a few minutes of actual viewing Perks for members (free): 1) Immediate comment approval 2) Ability to save favorites 3) Ability to create playlists 4) Upon approval, ability to pitch in and moderate comments held for review Paid memberships: 1) Access to a subsection of videos not available to the general public 2) Ability to download videos if desired 3) Discount on any merchandise (such as DVDs) Longer range goals: 1) Integration of DVD sales, such that viewers interested in buying copies of the videos on DVD can easily do so 2) Integration of database info on the material for more robust search
