INTRODUCTION\r\n\r\nI am looking to develop a component that is basically similar to Jomres but with some more and less features to fit our local requirements but still having an international standard.\r\n\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\n\r\nGeneral\r\n\r\no Developed based on standard Joomla MVC.\r\no Compatible with Joomla 3.4 and coming version 3.5.\r\no Compatible with default and custom Joomla templates.\r\no Responsive design based on Bootstrap 3.\r\no Installation package for Joomla extension installation system.\r\n\r\nPackage Contents\r\n\r\no Component\r\no Modules\r\no Plugin\r\no Application\r\n\r\nPlease go through the detailed requirements prior to make any bid on this project and also, please read clearly the milestone payment schedule for this project as well prior to set any proposal.\r\n\r\nPayment Milestones:\r\n\r\n- 1st Part Payment of $120 as soon as project is awarded\r\n- 2nd Part Payment of $195 at 50% completion of the project on first week of January 2016.\r\n- 3rd and final part payment of $195 at completion of the project by end of January 2016.\r\n\r\nTherefore, the time awarded for the full project is 2 month and total budget does not exceed $500.
