i want fetch index page desktop version and mobile index page from another website and create Php file to display sub-pages on my site like this

and i want be possible change appearance of all three pages(files) through CSS after fetch because i want get unlike appearance with source website
maybe that website which i want fetch pages from him is blocked PHP request
