Hi,
I'll keep it short. I need a sales system that can do 2 things. We get from a partner a list of order that we've made on their site. That list is in excel and contains information such as name, adress, cost of item, what item and so on. We use the file to package the orders. We want to convert each row (each row is one customer /order) from the excel file into separate packaging slips in pdf format. How to do this?
We want to be able to import an excel file into a system of which information from certain columns are merged into a pdf file. So let's say each row has 30 columns. I want 14 columns of each row to end up on specific locations on a pdf. Again, 1 excel row = 1 pdf page. 10 excel rows = 10 pdf pages.
We also want the system to collect the information to create pi charts showing total sales per day and even monthly. This information is available in 3 columns.
Basically all of this can easily be done in microsoft office. But we know that such a solution is too slow. We want to be able to upload 200 order for example and have the system create pdfs in less than 30 seconds.
We want the system to be web based so that we can use the system on both PC and Mac. Again, we do NOT want a excel or microsoft office solution. It must be a system.
