I need a software or database or both to pull and storage electronic information.
This is for employment verification/ employment history. (The electronic resume) where the information comes directly from employers.
So the number one challenge that I'm facing is how to get the info from the employers records into the database.
What I was thinking was that we have some kind of syncing function built into it. Where it only grabs info that we need to make up a resume/ or it can pull the whole file but only put the basic info, that’s on the resume available to see.
What, I also want it to have is where the applicant can be sent a link to register with their name a social security number and other personal info. The system will then give them an applicant number that they then give to employers.
This applicant number will never change, that number will be like their social security number for job hunting. I need to have somewhere where if the applicants/job seekers forget their number they click a I forgot my applicant number link or something.
My whole goal is to make applying for a job as easy as possible for the job seeker. To eliminate the paper resume, to make the hiring process more convenient. This will help employers focus on rather or not this person is a good fit for the company rather than trying figure out how true their resume is. And all this is accessible with a couple clicks of a mouse.
Just imagine the application process of applying for a job. Instead of filling out all of you work history, you now put your applicant number in that field instead. Now an employer can look at your job history just that easy.
