Wordpress/Woocommerce Optimization needed ASAP

Hi, My shop suddenly start slow down in the woocommerce categories, 1. We are hosted on AWS [login to view URL] instace 2. Our GTmetrix scores are good and some categories the speed load show 3.2 seconds but the site open on 8 to 11 seconds ( we are not following this metrics anymore) we want users have an experience of fast load pages 3. We are using the firewall CDN 4. We have 10k products Please check the list of actions we had take already so you won't need to do it again or consider: 1. We have deactivate plugin by plugin 2. Check database queries 3. Try most of the wordpress caching plugins (currently plugin is what it works better) 4. Maximum image optimization Note: the number of products doesn't matter inside of each category, categories always will take time to load. Just bid if you have strong knowledge on this kind of issues and probably faster solution.
