Wordpress Ultimate Member Form Custom Code

I am using Wordpress and Ultimate Member and I need to:
Display and update 1 UM field:
1. Display a Select Drop down Field with list of options BUT if the field has a option stored then that options is selected
2. Need to allow user to change/select a new option and then save to the db using Ajax
Display multiple UM fields:
1. Display 5 UM fields (text|radio|checkbox|date) and populate with value if the field has one
2. Allow the user to edit these fields then Save them all at the same time Ajax
I need code creating which can be called in any page via shortcodes e.g. [um-field-one]. [um-fileds-five]
The code needs to be added using the Wordpress hooks/filters/actions using admin-ajax
And added in my [login to view URL] file (or I am using Snippets plugin so no need to modify the themes files)
All JS I can load in the file into the page I want the code working on
PLEASE TYPE: UM in the start of the proposal.
