Wordpress prediction game plugin

Looking for somebody to develop a Wordpress plugin which can be used for prediction games. Here a short description of the concept and required main features. A detailed specification with mockups can be provided upon request. Concept – user interface and game rules: - visitors can use standard Wordpress user management solution for registration. However some additional fields need to be added to their profile: country/state, total points, overall position - registered users can select a competition, browse events within that, make or modify their predictions for the first three places of each events and save it - to do a prediction, users can select athletes for the first three places from a list which contains the athletes created and related by administrator to that event - users can modify their predictions only until an event reaches its expiration date - users can browse the actual results of closed events, see their last saved predictions and points they won for that event. One correctly predicted place brings 1 point means users can make a maximum of 3 points in each event - users can see an overall ranking table of all players, together with points and positions, also filter list by country Concept – admin interface and functions: After installing the plugin on regular way it generates a new menu point in Wordpress admin interface with following options available for the administrator: - create/modify/delete competition (=page?) - create/modify/delete event (=category?) and relate to existing competition(s). An event should have an expiration date and three fields where admin can register and save actual results of first three finishers. Mind solution for registering tie results! - create/modify/delete athlete (=tag?) and relate to existing event(s) - after saving result of an event, a “calculate” button should allow the administrator to run a script which compares predictions saved by end-users with actual result, updates points of end-users (one correctly predicted place brings 1 point for a user) and refreshes the overall ranking table Concept – design: Ideally the plugin should generate a short-code for each competition, the code could be inserted into a standard Wordpress page. That page would display then all the events assigned to that competition. Another short-code could be used to display the ranking table either in a page or as a widget. The plugin must be fully compatible with one responsive Wordpress template which can be jointly selected during design phase. The pages generated by the plugin should be as clean as possible e.g. with nice big buttons, AJAX navigation options, etc.
